In our review of the dealership’s website, we failed to locate any reference to a Proposition 65 Warning. In an effort to avoid any potential exposure under Proposition 65, we encourage dealers to include a warning on their vehicle listing, individual vehicle and service pages. The disclosure must be clear and conspicuous and the following language (mirroring that required on dealer inventory) may be utilized by a dealer:
